All quotes and estimates provided by Mancini Custom Painting are based on the information available at the time. While we strive for accuracy, final costs may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope. Any significant changes in cost will be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Deposits: A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. The amount and terms will be specified in the agreement.
Payment Schedule: Payment schedules will be detailed in the contract. Payments may be required at various stages of the project.
Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the project and final inspection.
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in project delays or suspension of services.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply, as specified in your contract.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Access: Providing access to the worksite as required, including ensuring that areas are clear of personal items and obstructions.
Utilities: Ensuring the availability of necessary utilities, such as water and electricity.
Permits: Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the work to be performed.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Mancini Custom Painting stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a limited warranty on our services, as detailed in your contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

7. Liability
Mancini Custom Painting is not liable for:
Injuries or Damages: Any injuries or damages that occur on the client's property, except where caused by our negligence.
Delays: Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions.
8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
